Each 1:1 personal training session will be 1 hour long and will be a unique way to train. I use my background as a professional athlete to get the best out of the sessions. The sessions will be changed each week and tailored to you to ensure you continue to see improvements.

I offer 3 different packages for my 1:1 Personal Training, all of which are 4-Week plans and are priced as follows:

1 session per week for 4 weeks = £80

2 sessions per week for 4 weeks = £140

3 sessions per week for 4 weeks = £180
