The main personal training services I provide are 1:1 personal training and group training. More information about these services, including the packages I offer can be found further down this page.

1:1 Personal Training

Each 1:1 session is usually an hour long but can sometimes be a quick 30 minutes blast session which can work better for busy people who need to get the session done quick. You will be surprised how much you can get done in the time and is a unique way to train. The sessions are changed each week and tailored to you to ensure you continue to see improvements.

I offer 3 different packages for my 1:1 Personal Training, all of which are 4-Week plans. You can view details of the 3 different packages below. Please note I am only available for personal training sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

1 Session Per Week

£80
  • 1 session per week for 4 weeks
  • 4 sessions in total
  • Works out at £20 per session

2 Sessions Per Week

£140
  • 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks
  • 8 sessions in total
  • Works out at £17.50 per session

3 Sessions Per Week

£180
  • 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks
  • 12 sessions in total
  • Works out at £15 per session

2 People Train Together

If you would prefer for a friend, partner or relative to workout alongside you then this is something I am more than happy to cater for. Like the 1:1 sessions, the 1 hour sessions are a unique way to train with exercises that incorporate both interval & weight training.
