If you would prefer for a friend, partner or relative to workout alongside you then this is something I am more than happy to cater for. Like the 1:1 sessions, the sessions are a maximum of 1 hour (or can be an intense 30 minute session) and are a unique way to train with exercises that incorporate both interval & weight training. I am also able to offer CrossFit style sessions, please ask for more details if you are interested.
I offer 4 different packages for group training, all of which are 4-week plans. You can view details of the 4 different packages below. Please note I am only available for these training sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
