I run boot camp sessions for people of all ages and abilities. The one hour circuit-style training sessions consist of a mix of cardio exercises, resistance training and core stability exercises aimed to work your full body as part of a fun, group atmosphere.

I’m Matty Davies, a professional ice hockey player and qualified personal trainer based in Hull, East Yorkshire.
I’m not your ordinary personal trainer though, I use my background as a professional athlete to get the best results for my clients. I use a unique mix of proven fitness programs such as high intensity interval & functional training to push people out of their comfort zone and help them achieve results they didn’t think possible.
Unlike other personal trainers who charge a fortune, I make sure my sessions are affordable. That doesn’t mean my sessions are inferior though and I have a great track record of helping people make massive changes to their body and overall health.

I have dropped almost 4 stone since I started working with Matty. My upper body, shoulders and legs are the most muscular and defined they have ever been in my entire life. Currently I am able to run a mile and a half in under 14 minutes, can squat 130kg, clean and press 80kg and deadlift 165kg.
