The main services I provide are 1-on-1 personal training, group training and boot camps. After you register your interest with me I will get in touch with you to discuss exactly what YOU want to get out of a fitness program. From this conversation I will put together a fitness plan that is specific to YOU. Here are more details of the services I offer and the very competitive prices I charge.
1-on-1 personal training session
Each 1-on-1 session will be 1 hour long and will be a unique way to train. I use my background as a professional athlete to get the best out of the sessions. The sessions will be changed each week and tailored to you to ensure you continue to see improvements. You may choose to have more than one session per week depending on how quickly you want to progress. Block booking sessions saves you money.
1 session – £20
Group sessions (2 people or more)
If you would prefer for a friend, partner or relative to workout alongside you then this is something I am more than happy to cater for. Like the 1-on-1 sessions, the 1 hour group sessions will will be a unique way to train featuring exercises that incorporate both interval & weight training. The prices of these sessions are as follows:
1 session – £15 per person
