How I can help you!

I’m Matty Davies, a professional ice hockey player and qualified personal trainer based in Hull, East Yorkshire. I’m not your ordinary personal trainer though, I use my background as an elite athlete to get the best results for my clients. I tailor all of my sessions with a mix of high intensity interval/functional/circuit training to ensure that each client continues to see improvements. I specialise in the following areas:

I also run several boot camp sessions every week for people of all ages and abilities.
